PIK Group raised project financing from Gazprombank in the form of a credit line on ₽28.1 billion until April 31, 2031. The funds will be used to finance the construction of the Serednevsky Les residential complex in the new Moscow. The project involves the construction of 16 apartment buildings and a kindergarten for 340 beds. The total building volume will be more than 346 thousand sq.m.
