VTB will levy $185 million from Swisspro Capital, the payer of letters of credit, which it will pay to Rosneft. Earlier VTB and Rosneft entered into an amicable agreement to recover money from the bank due to non-payment of letters of credit to Swisspro's contract with Rosneft to supply oil to the Odessa refinery. The bank will pay this amount to Rosneft by July 2021 through monthly payments of $15.4 million.
