TATNEFT Company invests about ₽570 billion in creation of oil and gas chemical complex in Tatarstan. It will refine about 3 million tons of its own feedstock per year. At the first stage the investments will amount to ₽70 billion, and its implementation will start in 2021. At this stage it is planned to process 390 thousand tons of feedstock annually and to receive 317 thousand tons of finished products. The payback period will be a little over 8 years.
