Gazprom Holding filed an appeal with the Polish court against the decision of the country's antimonopoly regulator to fine $7.6 billion for violations related to construction and financing of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline. Earlier, on October 7 the Polish antimonopoly authority imposed a total penalty in the amount of $100 million on five European companies - OMV, Wintershall Dea, Engie, Shell and Uniper groups' structures and $7.6 billion on Gazprom.
