The Board of Directors of TNS-Energo decided to set the repurchase price of the company's ordinary shares at the request of shareholders at ₽1075.5. The right to demand repurchase by the company of its shares will arise for shareholders who voted against or did not participate in the EGM on January 20, 2021 on the issue of providing a guarantee to Rosselkhozbank for subsidiaries TNS-Energo Rostov-on-Don, TNS-Energo Voronezh, TNS-Energo Yaroslavl, and TNS-Energo Tula.
