The U.S. Department of Commerce has imposed new trade restrictions on Russia. A rule has been approved under which 45 Russian organizations are classified as "military end-users. In order to supply them with a number of goods from the U.S., they now need a license. The list includes companies such as: United Aircraft Corporation, Sukhoi Civil Aircraft, Russian Helicopters holding company, Irkut corporation, VSMPO-Avisma corporation, United Engine Corporation and others.
