The Federal Antimonopoly Service is working on the terms of an amicable agreement in the lawsuit challenging Lukoil's sale of the diamond mining company AGD Diamonds to Otkrytie Industrial Investments LLC. The diamond asset was sold for $1.45 billion in 2017. The deal was partially financed by VTB, issuing a loan of $873 million to a subsidiary of Otkritie Holding.
