Comcast will launch its own smart TVs in the U.S. and the U.K., according to Protocol and The Financial Times, citing sources. In the U.S. the TVs will appear under the brand name XClass TV and will run the Comcast X1 OS, and will be manufactured by Hisense. The TVs will be 43- and 50-inch in size. In the UK, Comcast's subsidiary Sky will produce its own smart TVs. Both companies declined to comment.
