First in Russia two multi-storey houses from CLT-panels started to be built in the Vologda region. The project is implemented by Segezha Group using materials of its own production. There will be 32 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments of 48 to 65 square meters in each house. Since February of last year the Sokol CLT plant of Segezha Group has been producing panels with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per year, which will allow to build 200,000 sq. m of housing.
