Medsi clinics chain, owned by Sistema JSFC, acquired Labdiagnostika medical chain in Perm. The company has 17 mini-clinics for adults and children, as well as laboratories in Perm and the Perm region with a total area of 2,593 sq. m. The revenue in 2021 was ₽336 million, the average bill was ₽831. More than 300,000 people visited the network's clinics. With the acquisition of Labdiagnostika, the number of Medsi clinics reached 112, including 68 clinics in the regions of Russia.
