Operator Rostelecom offered to appoint its structure as a sole supplier of servers, data storage systems and cloud services for the Russian market, Kommersant sources told the Kommersant. It may concern supplies not only to departments, but also to commercial companies. The idea is criticized by other Russian IT-integrators and is not supported by the Ministry.
