Gazprom Holding and China's CNPC signed a technical agreement on the Far Eastern route of Russian gas supplies to China. The document stipulates key technical parameters of the cross-border section of the pipeline, including the underwater crossing of the Ussuri River, as well as physical and chemical parameters of gas intended for delivery. Once the project reaches its full capacity, the volume of gas supplies via the Far East route will total 10 billion cubic meters per year.
