Bank Dom.RF is trying to recover ₽1 billion commission from LSR for early loan repayment. The bank believes that the developer must pay a forfeit in the form of interest on the originally agreed maximum limit of ₽50 billion. However, the company used only ₽3.2 billion and then returned the funds early.
