FAS proposed to oblige Gazprom to sell not less than 10% of the total volume of gas supplies to the domestic market on the exchange, and independent producers, in particular Rosneft and Novatek, not less than 3% with a subsequent increase in the share also up to 10%. Earlier, the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, asked Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to set the minimum and maximum volume of gas sales at the exchange for Gazprom. Now companies are not obliged to sell part of their gas on the exchange.
