VK and Sberbank may sell food delivery service Delivery Club to Yandex, sources told The Bell. The parties are discussing the deal in parallel with Yandex's forthcoming sale of media assets: the Novosti and Zen services. Yandex could swap Delivery Club for its projects if both of its current owners are prepared to leave the company as a result of the deal. The companies declined to comment.
