Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that establishes the specifics of the regulation of corporate relations in 2022-2023. According to the document, by the end of 2022, companies will buy back securities from shareholders who disagree with the reorganization of a public joint-stock company at the average price on the stock exchange in one month rather than six months. The law also allows Russian issuers with outstanding Eurobonds to issue replacement bonds.
