Price of redemption of LSR shares from Arsagera funds became known

LSR bought its shares from funds managed by Arsagera Management Company at ₽1260 per paper, which is almost 2 times higher than the market price on the date of the transactions, discovered a private investor and head of analytical service of MC Dokhodъ Alexander Shadrin. Earlier it became known about four deals of LSR.Managing Company on acquisition of 124 mln shares of LSR. Volume of transactions coincides with the size of fund holdings managed by Arsagera Management Company and in its own portfolio.
