Lukoil's press service confirmed death of chairman of the company's board of directors Ravil Maganov and specified that he was seriously ill. Maganov died after falling from a window of the Central Clinical Hospital in Moscow. Maganov had held executive positions in Lukoil since the creation of the JSC, for many years headed the block of exploration and production of hydrocarbons. In 2020, he headed the company's Board of Directors after the death at the age of 91 of Valery Grayfer, who had held this post since 2000.
