Sanctions have complicated implementation of Arctic LNG 2, but today Novatek already knows how to overcome problems, said head of company Leonid Mikhelson. EPC contractor Technip is leaving project, but will be replaced by Nipigaz. First Arctic LNG 2 line is planned to be launched at the end of 2023, at the same time first tanker for the project will probably be ready. Next year, an investment decision will also be made on the Ob GHK.
