Polymetal will not pay dividends

Polymetal's board of directors has decided to cancel the final dividend for 2021 in its entirety. Future dividend payments will also be contingent on the ability to unlock the shares held by the company, which are estimated to represent approximately 22% of the issued share capital. Until a solution is found, the board of directors will not propose any corporate action or dividend payout that cannot involve a significant portion of Polymetal's shareholders.
