Online-retailer Ozon is negotiating with developer AT-Nedvizhimost to lease from it 80 000 sq.m. in warehouse complex Sofyino on Novolazanskoye highway in the east of Moscow region. Also there are negotiations with VS Real Estate about lease of similar amount of space in Orientir-South logopark in the village of Grivno. And most recently, the online retailer has already rented 80,000 square meters from "New Technological Company" in the warehouse complex PNK Park Zhukovsky in the south-east of Moscow region.
