Big Data Platform, a joint venture between Rostelecom and VTB, bought 50% in the MediaSniper advertising platform. The remaining 50% is owned by MediaSniper founder Dmitry Turkiewicz. UBD expects to quickly gain a significant share of the online advertising market with joint products with MediaSniper. The companies did not disclose the amount of the deal. Revenue of MediaSniper in 2021 was ā½591 million, net profit - ā½65.6 million. According to experts, the amount of the deal could be up to ā½1 billion.
