Alfa Bank has calculated a loss for VTB by the end of 2022

Analysts at Alfa Bank forecast a loss of more than ₽500 billion for VTB in 2022. Among the main negative factors that led to the negative financial result are assets blocked because of sanctions. The amount of losses could also be affected by additional provisioning, a reduction in interest income and other factors.
