Rostelecom to install 1,000 quantum encryption devices on its network

Operator Rostelecom will install 1,000 quantum key distribution devices on its network by 2030, the company's project director Sergey Hanenkov said at Trusted Quantum Technologies and Communications forum. Quantum key distribution, or quantum encryption, is a method of secure communication.
