Gazprom Neft signed an agreement to purchase from Shell a 50% stake in the Salym Petroleum Development joint venture, which was transferred to Russian jurisdiction and transformed into Salym Development LLC. Deal has to be approved by Russian authorities. Its amount is not disclosed.
