MTS Entertainment is negotiating the purchase of the TicketsCloud ticketing platform from its founder Yegor Yegerev, sources told Kommersant. According to them, the negotiations are in the final stage, the platform has passed a pre-sale audit. TicketsCloud provides event organizers with ticketing solutions through other operators and partners who act as ticket distributors.
