Board of Directors of Turkish Dogan Holding approved the sale of 50% of fuel company Aytemiz Akaryakit to Tatneft. Amount of the deal will be $160 million. Aytemiz Akaryakit has fuel storage facilities and 10 bases, as well as storage and refueling terminals with capacity of 250,000 cubic meters in various regions of Turkey. Currently, the Aytemiz brand serves 5.5 million drivers per month at more than 570 fuel stations in 77 provinces of the country.
