Lukoil has closed the sale of ISAB. Refining complex ISAB in southeastern Sicily is the third largest in Europe. It includes two refineries united by a system of pipelines and integrated into a single technological complex with total annual capacity of 16 million tons, as well as a tank farm with 3.7 million cubic meters and three sea moorings.
