Qiwi will maintain its listing on the Nasdaq thanks to a restructuring plan that provides for the withdrawal of assets in Russia. Qiwi must complete the transfer of all Russian assets to Qiwi JSC no later than June 30, 2023. By or before August 30, 2023, prepare interim financial statements and complete the exit from assets located in Russia. By September 11, 2023, the company must demonstrate to Nasdaq compliance with all continuing listing requirements.
