VTB exited the grain business by selling its stake in Demetra Holding in the amount of about 45%. Holding unites assets in the field of export logistics and trading. It includes Russia's largest grain terminals. Company owns Novorossiysk Grain Terminal, a 35.36% stake in NKHP, as well as a grain terminal complex Taman. "The price is objective and the margin is decent," commented a deal head of the bank Andrey Kostin. VTB did not disclose its amount or the buyer.
