VTB launched a pilot project to enter the mass client segment in order to scale it to the entire retail network and increase its share in this market from 7% to 25%. Pilot projects will be conducted from July 1 to September 30 in three regions - the Kemerovo, Sverdlovsk and Ivanovo Regions. In these regions, the bank has updated its product line for the mass segment and, in particular, offers customers free payments for housing and utilities, school, medicine, fraud protection, and special conditions on credit cards.
