UAC and Glory Air to set up a joint venture to produce drones

UAC will establish a joint venture with Glory Air, a company engaged in localization of advanced technological solutions in the field of drones. Joint venture will produce civil and special purpose aircraft-type drones with vertical takeoff and landing capability, weighing from 20 to 200 kg. Parties have already defined the format of work and are conducting corporate procedures for the establishment of the joint venture.
