Developer Samolet has launched a program for renting ready-made apartments, which allows you to move in immediately and pay a monthly rent as a down payment on the mortgage. Monthly payment for the duration of the lease is calculated depending on the down payment determined by the bank and the financial capacity of the buyer. Lease term can be up to 18 months.
