Lukoil retained the right to handle Russian oil in Bulgaria for a year

Lukoil Neftochim Burgas refinery in Bulgaria has retained the right to process Russian oil until October 2024, but with a reduction in the volume of its supplies every three months. This decision was voted for by the majority of the country's parliamentary deputies who considered amendments to the bill that restricts Russian oil supplies for the needs of the enterprise.
