Sistema will develop an electronic component base

Sistema and St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University LETI signed a cooperation agreement to create a new generation of electronic components based on the achievements of domestic science and technology. In partnership with the corporation, the university will develop silicon carbide power electronics, integrated microelectronics devices, as well as advanced telecommunications and quantum communications systems.
