Diamond mining company Alrosa will hold an auction of colored and extra large brilliants. One of the main lots of the auction will be a "royal" yellow brilliant weighing more than 30 carats with a starting price of $3.1 million. Diamond from which the brilliant is cut was mined in 2021 in Yakutia. Specialists estimated its age at 360 million years. Diamond was cut by the Kristall factory in Smolensk.
