SPB Exchange switched to the T+∞ settlement mode

SPB Exchange has still failed to settle the deals made on November 1 and 2. Initially, the trading floor planned to start settlements on hung deals on November 13. Now SPB Exchange promises to start settlements on November 17. Board of directors of the trading floor also approved several scenarios of actions aimed at providing investors with access to assets. It is not specified which ones.
