Trust sold 93.6% of UWC shares to an unknown investor

Trust Bank sold 93.6% of UWC shares to a specialized investor, whose name is not disclosed due to the strategic importance of the transaction. Rights of claim on loans were also transferred from the bank to the buyer. Earlier, Vgudok sources said that UWC would be sold to Andrei Bokarev's structures - UGMK or TMH - for about ₽12 billion, excluding debt restructuring.
