Developer Samolet has acquired the Galernaya Gavan project

Developer Samolet became the sole owner of the project company Galernaya Gavan LLC in St. Petersburg. Company was previously owned by two ZPIFs: Gazprombank-Energoinvest and FORTIS First, and until June 2023 by Gazprombank-Invest LLC. Galernaya Gavan LLC is implementing a development project in the Gavan municipal district of St. Petersburg, including the construction of apartment buildings on Morskaya Embankment and the regeneration of historical buildings.
