Diasoft began collecting applications for participation in the IPO

Diasoft has set the IPO price range at ₽4000-4500 per paper, which corresponds to the valuation of the entire company at ₽40-45 billion. 800 thousand shares are planned to be placed, which is 8% of the existing authorized capital. Of these, 5% are additional issue shares, with the remaining 3% sold by shareholders. Collection of bids will be held from February 7 to 14. Trading in the shares will begin on February 16 under the ticker DIAS.
