Independent gas producer Novatek produced its first liquefied natural gas at the Arctic LNG 2 plant last December, the company said in its annual report. Medium-tonnage LNG plant Cryogas-Vysotsk produced 812,000 tons of LNG in 2023. Yamal LNG's production volumes are not given. It is only reported that production at the Yuzhno-Tambeyskoye field, which is the resource base for the LNG plant, decreased by 3.7% to 18.544 million tons in 2023.
