Zaimer officially announced its intention to conduct an IPO

IFC Zaimer officially announced its intention to conduct an IPO on the Moscow Exchange in April. Transaction will take place under the cash out scheme. Sole shareholder will sell about ₽3 billion worth of the company's securities to investors. Applications for participation in the IPO will be collected after the listing.
