SPB Exchange will allow trading sub-sanctioned brokers

SPB Exchange will allow all Russian brokers, including sanctioned brokers, to trade. Relationships with brokers of VTB and Alfa-Bank have already been restored. In 2022, the Exchange stopped working with brokers of other companies under sanctions in order to reduce the risks of falling under the restrictive measures itself. However, after the trading floor itself fell under the blocking U.S. sanctions, there is no longer such a need.
