Court suspended X5 Retail Group's corporate rights

Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region granted the application of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to suspend the exercise of X5 Retail Group's corporate rights in the operating company OOO Corporate Center IKS 5. Decision also transfers X5 Retail Group's shares in the subsidiary company to the balance sheet of LLC Corporate Center IKS 5. In the future, the shares in OOO Corporate Center IKS 5 will be distributed among the holders of X5 Retail Group's depositary receipts.
