Yandex acquired eCredit, a service for car loans

IT company Yandex has consolidated 100% of the eCredit platform after buying 25% of its shares in 2021. Service unites dealers and banks and allows them to select loans with favorable terms for their customers. The amount of the deal the parties do not disclose. According to analysts, the valuation of eCredit could be up to 500 mln.
