At the National Commodity Exchange, the first exchange transactions for the purchase of pork took place. According to the results of the first exchange trades, 52.5 tons of chilled and frozen pork carcasses were purchased at an average price of ₽170 per 1 kg including VAT. Successful purchase of pork at the first auction demonstrates the interest of market participants in the new exchange commodity and good prospects for the development of exchange trading in meat and meat processing products, the trading platform noted.
