Samolet built the first houses of the cluster Dmitrov Dom

Developer Samolet received a permit for commissioning of the first 10 individual houses and one non-residential public building in the first residential housing cluster in Russia Dmitrov Dom. In total, more than 850 thousand square meters of individual housing, kindergartens, a school, a polyclinic and other infrastructure facilities will be built within the framework of the project on the territory of more than 1 thousand hectares.
