Sovcombank became a minority shareholder of Home Bank

Sovcombank has become the owner of 0.019% of Home Bank, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Sovcombank announced plans to buy Home Bank in mid-February 2024. Deal 90% will be paid for by additional issue of Sovcombank shares in the 1st quarter of 2025. Remaining 10% has already been paid in cash. Home Bank plans to merge with Sovcombank in the first half of 2025.
