MTS will transfer ₽3 billion of illegally obtained income to the budget

FAS has issued a prescription to MTS following a review of the antimonopoly case. Company is obliged to transfer to the budget ₽3 billion of illegally obtained income, which was received as a result of economically unjustified tariff increases in April and May 2024. This is the first time this measure has been used for such an offense.
