Lukoil Oil Company has agreed to purchase the AFI2B business center with the area of 50.2 thousand sq. m. located on the 2nd Brestskaya Street near Belorusskaya railway station and Belorusskaya metro station. Deal could be worth around ₽25 billion. This is already the second office acquired by the company recently. Last year Lukoil bought the Blue Pearl business center and the land plot under it on Malaya Yakimanka in the center of Moscow.
